Kerry Biskelonis, LPC, RYT, Founder & Clinical Director - Reset Brain and Body

Primarily, Kerry Biskelonis is a mom on a mission to live in a less hateful world. Stemming from her own experiences in corporate business and witnessing the profound stressors people are under, Kerry started Reset Brain and Body in 2015. At Reset, Kerry’s clinical work is grounded in the integrative methods of somatic therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, yoga therapy, and trauma-informed practices helping to make people more mindful and kind to themselves. Kerry believes that with a well-rounded framework of support, people can establish a more conscious lifestyle that ultimately benefits the entire world. Kerry excels in working with parents who balance high expectations for themselves with their own needs for self-care and sustainability, as well as all Type A identifying clients looking to level up their confidence and self-trust to overcome their needs to control, plan and please.

As a whole, Reset Brain and Body offers clients a bold, creative, and experiential approach, unlike traditional mental health care. Rooted in holistic and research-supported methods, every team member at Reset approaches their work with clients with a wide, inclusive lens to best serve the unique needs of clients. Integrating trauma-informed somatic, meditative, mindfulness, and creative arts-informed care has proved to be groundbreaking in helping clients achieve their goals and guide their self-healing. Reset’s rise has been fast and profound, indicating how much a redefinition of how people experience mental health care is needed. Now with a team of over 30 staff and clinicians across three locations (Ann Arbor, Plymouth and Northville, MI), Reset is revolutionizing the way clients understand and care for their mental wellness.

“Parent Camp was wonderful! I intended on only coming for the keynote speaker, but then I saw all of the amazing breakout sessions and decided I had to stay! I called my husband and told him he had to handle the kids today—I have to stay and hear these fantastic speakers. I am so glad I did. I learned so much!”
