The Northville Educational Foundation is thrilled to introduce our 2024-2025 NEF Grants: "Unleash the Power of Impact, Innovation, and Ignition!" This year, we are committing an impressive $47,750 to spark fresh ideas and support meaningful initiatives across two dynamic grant cycles, creating even more opportunities for innovative projects to thrive.

New this year
For the first time ever, students have the opportunity to spark change by submitting their own grant proposals. To ensure these projects align with educational objectives, each student submission must be endorsed by a school advisor or teacher.

We're also excited to announce an additional $10,000 dedicated exclusively to Cooke School NEF Grants, made possible through the generosity of a thoughtful donor. This special funding aims to further spark and support the unique initiatives within the Cooke School community.

Grants will be awarded through a competitive review process led by an impartial review panel and evaluated for factors such as:

  • Is the project innovative and/or does it offer a unique approach to learning or teaching?

  • What kind and level of impact will the project have on the classroom, the teachers, and most importantly, the students?

  • Does the project address curriculum standards and/or the School and/or District Improvement Plan?
