Purchaser must be 18 or older and a current resident of the State of Michigan but need not be a resident of Northville Schools.

 

*Official Rules and Details: 

1. Purchasers must be 18 years or older and a current resident of the State of Michigan. The Purchaser does not need to be a resident of the Northville Public Schools district.  2. Ticket price is a non-refundable $50 per (1) raffle ticket or $100 for (3) three tickets. There is no maximum number of tickets that any one person may purchase, although no more than $50,000 in total sales or 1,500 tickets in total will be sold. If ticket sales are less than $50,000, the drawing will revert to a 50/50  raffle with a minimum prize of $1,000.   3. There will be one grand prize winner for “CASH FOR COLLEGE” raffle 2021-2022.  4. The Purchaser may designate a recipient under the age of 18; however, the recipient's name must be written on the ticket stub.  5. Drawing from the pool of numbered tickets to determine the winner will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at NEF’s Night for Northville Event at Meadowbrook Country Club (40941 Eight Mile Rd, Northville, MI 48167) between 10:15 pm - 11:00 pm. If you plan on attending the drawing, please arrive no earlier than 10:15 pm. It will also be broadcast live on the Northville Educational Foundation’s Facebook page. Click here to access. (In case of extenuating circumstances, another date/time/location for drawing will be announced within 48 hours at www.SupportNEF.org.)   6. The winner need not be present at the drawing to win. A diligent effort to locate the winner will be made, but if she/he cannot be located within 60 days, the prize will be distributed in accordance with State of Michigan Rule 515.   7. The IRS requires that NEF withhold 25% of prize. Proper tax forms will be issued to the winner. 8. Exempt from play: Paid staff members of the Northville Educational Foundation and family members of same household of above-named (i.e., immediate family).  9. This raffle is being conducted by the Northville Educational Foundation from now until March 12, 2022 as allowed by The State of Michigan Bureau of State Lottery Charitable Gaming Division, License #R62131.
